Submitted by admin on 11 August 2021

The project’s duration is 4 years and aims to familiarize the Roma population with the legal issues related to migration in the EU/EEA, as well as the rights and obligations of asylum seekers in Bulgaria and the risks of being involved in smuggling and human trafficking.

Following an assessment of the awareness of Roma communities on migration, information campaigns will be organised on the rights of asylum seekers and migrants in Bulgaria. Seminars, discussions, information sessions and other events will be organised within the framework of the project to raise awareness on issues related to the rights of migrants in the EU/EEA, on the risks and protection from labour and other forms of exploitation, on access to social, health and educational services in the EU/EEA.

The project is funded by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021.
