Тraining for Roma labor mediators

On April 27, 2022, in the municipality of Pazardzhik, IOM staff with the assistance of the Secretary of the local office of the National Commission for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings conducted a training for Roma labor mediators working in the region.

During the training, the IOM team presented the project as well as topics such as: identification of victims of labor and sexual exploitation, risks of working abroad, trafficking and smuggling. The discussion touched upon practical issues of accommodation, access to the labor market, access to services abroad.
